Certified Veterinary Technician, Lead Technician

Angel graduated Madison Area Technical College in 2004 with an associate degree in veterinary technology. Her first job out of college was at a holistic veterinary clinic in the Milwaukee area where she first developed her love for feline and canine nutrition. She moved to the Stevens Point area in 2006 to be closer to her family and joined the Oakview team that same year. She was promoted to lead veterinary technician in 2008.

Since then, Angel has gained extensive knowledge in nutrition, including spending time doing an internship at UC Davis Vet School with veterinary nutritionists. She continues to be the lead technician spending half of her time with management duties and half on the floor with appointments.

Angel spends her free time traveling nationally and internationally; either with family and friends or doing veterinary volunteer trips. She also loves yoga and aerial, playing ball or hiking with her dalmatian Leo, cuddling with her cat Jerry and spending time with her husband, Kris.
